What's that..... a post.... about a Musical Baton?
Wow, is it even ethical to post something like this in the current state of this site?
I've been passed the baton by all-star nice guy Ryan Nichols.
Total volume of files on my computer is:
Roughly around 40GB of music
The last physical Compact Disc I bought was:
Thievery Corporation - The Cosmic Game
Five songs I listen to a lot, or that mean a lot to me:
So Beautiful by Pete Murray
Dream Machine - Mark Farina
Belfast - Orbital
Human Condition - Tycho
Just Breathe - Telepopmusik
Five people to whom I’ll be passing the baton are:
Patrick Maloney
Jeremy Shields
Mike Hudson
Casey Maloney
Amit Karmakar

Looking for a job
I'm currently looking for a design job nationally or internationally. My love for design is getting stronger by the day and I believe I would fit in well at a professional design company. If you know of someone who is interested in employing a web designer please contact me at .

I have released a set of forty icons which can be used for application toobars, Content Management Systems, anything you want. Here's the climax...there free. They have been released under the
Creative Commons Attribution 2.0 Australia license, which means you can do what you like with them but like all things free some credit back to me would be great.
While I spend my time on my esheets project I thought e-lusion could be used as a simple way to showcase some of my work. All of my featured work reflects how I feel about web standards and the power it holds. Have a look around, if you like my style then send me an and we can have a chat. I hope I can offer some type of inspiration and push the point that CSS layouts dont have to be complicated or hard to design.

Web Essentials 04

I am so excited to be attending WE04 in Sydney next week. I will be staying in the Mercure Hotel on Broadway and will be looking forward to talking to everyone who attends. I will be coming up from Canberra by myself so if anyone wants to have a drink my number is 0410479976.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel like a giddy school-girl about to meet the Beatles for the first time? I hope I don't scream like a star-struck girl when Dave Shea announces the keynotes!

NewbieHub gets a makeover.
If you were aware of my little CSS tutorial site [css.e-lusion.com] you may be interested that it has undergone some beauty therapy. It also now falls under the name of
NewbieHub.
Note: Its still in production, only the main page is active. Any feed back is greatly appreciated.

Project G is now complete.
I thought it might be useful for both the reader and myself to go through
the journey of designing, building and testing my redesign of Project Gutenberg.
Before I start on the technical side of things I'll give a brief run down on the contest and the site itself.
Version 2, run by Paul
Scrivens is a redesign contest which gets the community together to practice their skills, help each other, inspire and promote CSS. If Paul can afford it he would like to host one contest per month, Project
Gutenberg redesign was the first.
Project Gutenberg is the Internet's oldest producer of free electronic books (eBooks or etexts). They offer over 10,000 free eBooks with many different formats to download for reading. Due to all of the developer's time being spent on updating and managing the huge database, the front end is rather bleak. This is where the contest comes in.
Redesign Project Gutenberg using CSS layout techniques and rebuild (if needed) the content structure using valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
